Can vital strike be used at the end of a charge?
If it can would it stack with Janni Rush (double weapon damage on the end of a charge)?
If it would would it also gain the advantage from a belt of thunderous charge (increase weapon size category by 1).
Would this then be doubled by Strong Jaw in the case of a already gargantuan character size.
So assuming a high level druid with Bearmoth Hippo shape, 4d8 bite with improved natural attack (6d8 bite), charging (8d8) with Strong Jaw (16d8), charging with Janni Rush (32d8) and vital striking (64d8).

your order of adding to your natural attacks is wrong
4d8 (base), 6d8 (with INA), 12d8 (strong jaw), 14d8 (charging all size increases come before powerful charge that doesnt say it scales with NA damage) 28d8 (janni style).
you can get slightly more with vital strike tree if you have +11 bab (as then you can improved vital strike and not bother charging for 36d8)

Janni Rush (Combat)
When you leap to the attack, your blows are like bolts from on high.
Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike, Janni Style, Janni Tempest, Acrobatics 8 ranks, Perform (dance) 8 ranks.
Benefit: While using Janni Style, you are always considered to have a running start when jumping. Further, if you jump as part of a charge and make an unarmed strike against the designated opponent, a hit allows you to roll the [b]unarmed strike's damage dice twice[/] and add the results together before adding modifiers (such as from Strength) or extra dice (such as precision-based damage or dice from weapon abilities). The extra damage dice are not multiplied on a successful critical hit.
Unarmed strike, not natural weapon, so it is not applicable to a bite.
Vital strike say weapon and that normally apply to manufactured weapons and unarmed combat, so I am not sure if it can be applied to natural attacks.
Then there are the rules about multiplying damage:
Note: When you multiply damage more than once, each multiplier works off the original, unmultiplied damage. So if you are asked to double the damage twice, the end result is three times the normal damage.
so vital strike will not double the damage already doubled by Janni rush, but add again the base damage.
And last, I think you can add only 1 effect that increase your natural attack size. RAI it is almost sure, RAW I recall a few dev post saying something similar, but I don't recall a specific rule or specific post by a developer.

Sorry I should have said with Feral Combat Training which applies feats that affect unarmed onto natural weapons.
You can't charge with vital strike so they don't interact.
Natural weapons are weapons so that counts.
There are nothing in the books saying that you can only have one effect increasing natural weapons. There is also nothing in the book saying you can have multiple effect affecting natural weapons and as manufactured weapons can also be increased by multiple effects (size, lead blades, charging etc)I don't see any reason to apply the rule to one and not the other.
