I have a companion that has power attack and leap attack. I was wondering if it seems reasonable on his jump attack to come down with both hands hitting with them laced together or just in two fists..doesnt really matter. But that counting as a two-handed attack and using up his two claw attacks.
So would I be able to use the power attack and leap attack together in this way? Thank you for any information on this.

Being honest, I don't know what Leap Attack is and can't seem to find it. It may be why you didn't get any immediate responses. Could you quote or link the text so I can answer your question? And for future, it helps if you always do it. People appreciate having the reference material quoted so they can answer your questions without legwork.

Sounds like Donnovin meant Pounce as Leap Attack. In which case, RAW, no it can't be done that way.
Your options are to use Pounce while Power Attacking, then make both claw attacks (plus any other attacks your companion may have) gaining the normal effects of Power Attack on each attack.
or look into the Vital Strike feats if you're trying to streamline your combat rounds. Its not optimal, especially with a pouncer, but it turns a full round of attacks into one roll.
