A quick search on the wiki doesn't indicate any deity that has these two domains together, of any alignment. The following deities have the Sun domain:
Aldinach (CE)
Azathoth (CN)
Iaozrael (LE)
Iomedae (LG)
Nurgal (CE)
Sarenrae (NG)
Shizuru (LG)
Skode (CG)
And the following deities have the Travel domain:
Abadar (LN)
Aegirran (NG)
Apsu (LG)
Barbatos (LE)
Cagnazzo (LE)
Cayden Cailean (CG)
Count Ranalc (CN)
Curchanus (Dead)
Desna (CG)
Eligos (LE)
Folca (NE)
Geon (NE)
Hanspur (CN)
Kelizandri (NE)
Kofusachi (CG)
Kurgess (NG)
Pavnuri (NE)
Roqorolos (NE)
Sinashakti (CG)
Socothbenoth (CE)
Sun Wukong (CN)
Yog-Sothoth (CN)
Zarongel (NE)
As you can see, there's no real overlap here.

Talk to your GM. They might allow a "concept cleric", who doesn't venerate a specific deity. Alternatively, there's a cleric archetype ("separatist", I think it's called) where you pick a deity and one of their domains, and then pick any domain for your second one, but it's at reduced power.
Unfortunately we are going with RAW almost strict, with out extensive conversation.

Well, like Jiggy said, the Separatist archetype from Ultimate Magic is one way of working with it. I know that Sinashakti has some sun motifs (he's an Empyreal Lord of travel for travel's sake and enjoys telling tales of his journeys), in that his faithful paint their shortbows the colors of dawn, and their arrows like the suns rays. And worship of the Empyreal Lords is generally very flexible and unorthodox in that they don't have a single unified doctrine and church organization.
I'm a big stickler for RAW and I'd allow a Separatist of Sinashakti with this domain combo if you could justify it through backstory, though of course the final decision always rests with your GM.
