It says the CL is 5th, but it doesn't say the duration of the shaken effect. How long does it last?
It is based off of the doom spell in its creation information which lasts 1 minute per level, so with a CL of 5 I would assume it is supposed to last for 5 minutes. But how the bolt it stated it looks like it technically never ends, though I doubt anyone would rule it that way.
Well, the required spell is Doom, which lasts for 1 minute per level, so 5 minutes?

But... it does hit every target on its path within 20', which is a lot more powerful than one casting of Doom, so it should be a lot shorter than 5 minutes.
