Does the Fighters Weapon Training stack with weapon enchantments?

Rules Questions

So like for example if I have weapon training and a +1 sword would it add just +1 to hit and +1 to damage? or would it be +2 to hit and damage at that point?

They're different types of bonus, so yes they stack.

Liberty's Edge

The total bonus would be +2 to hit, +2 to damage, the enhancement of the weapon would stay at +1, so you don't get to bypass harder DR simply by adding weapon training.

Fighter Weapon Training is an "Untyped" Bonus and Weapon Enchantment is an "Enhancement" bonus, so yes they stack.

Common Terms - Bonus Types and Effects has a list of bonus types that all stack with each other (scroll down to "Bonus" on that linked page). So you could have an Alchemical bonus of +3, an Armor bonus of +4, a Deflection bonus of +1, a Trait bonus of +2, a Competence bonus of +3, and a Shield bonus of +2, which would all stack with each other for a total bonus of +15.

The only time that these bonuses don't stack with each other is if they're the same "Named" type of bonus. For instance, if you had a +1 Alchemical bonus to AC, and a +3 Alchemical bonus to AC, these don't stack to become a +4, but rather they "overlap" to be a +3 bonus, and once your +3 bonus duration ends, your +1 bonus would still be affecting you. The exceptions to this rule are Untyped, Dodge, and Circumstance bonuses, which CAN stack with themselves. So if you have 10 separate +1 Dodge bonuses from several sources, then those would all add up to be a +10 Dodge bonus, and Circumstance and Untyped bonuses act the same way as Dodge bonus, meaning that they stack with themselves.

Full stacking rules (which are in the magic section even though they affect everything, because the CRB is a mess):

"Usually, a bonus has a type that indicates how the spell grants the bonus. The important aspect of bonus types is that two bonuses of the same type don’t generally stack. With the exception of dodge bonuses, most circumstance bonuses, and racial bonuses, only the better bonus of a given type works (...). The same principle applies to penalties—a character taking two or more penalties of the same type applies only the worst one, although most penalties have no type and thus always stack. Bonuses without a type always stack, unless they are from the same source." CRB pg. 208

Spells have their own rules, but otherwise, unless a rule option itself says it doesn't stack with something, if the above doesn't make it not stack, it stacks.

It should be noted that the descriptions for the bonus types come from a 3.5 book, and are not part of the Pathfinder rules. The 3.5 stacking rules do have some differences. Most notably, the "unless they arise from essentially the same source" in the circumstance bonus description is incorrect for Pathfinder.

d20pfsrd has some instances where the quoted text is not exactly the same as the Paizo published version but is OGL text from D&D 3.5. It always comes up for certain topics where it's known that they differ. AFAIK there's no page where the differences are documented.
It's best to use a link to AoN if they have the text.

in this case Common Terms scroll down to Bonus which is pretty basic and doesn't mention Dodge bonuses nor has a link to "Bonus Types".
and
Bonus Types under Designing Spells (lol) where the rule about Dodge bonuses stacking is given as a footnote. RAW is what it is.
