Does killing an enemy with the Iaijutsu Strike ("Sword Saint" archetype) trigger Cleaving Finish?
Cleaving Finish (Combat): "Benefit: If you make a melee attack, and your target drops to 0 or fewer hit points as a result of your attack, you can make another melee attack using your highest base attack bonus against another opponent within reach. You can make only one extra attack per round with this feat."
Iaijutsu Strike (Ex): "(stuff...) After the sword saint has challenged a foe but before he has attacked the target of his challenge, he may choose to use his iaijutsu strike as a full-round action, making an attack roll with his weapon as normal. (more stuff)"
Assuming you use the Iaijutsu Strike to make a melee attack, and if that attack drops the opponent to 0 or fewer HP, then cleaving finish can apply.

Of course, if your sword saint is dropping a foe in one hit, do you really need the extra attack?
Well if dropping one foe in one hit and there are two of them then Cleaving Finish gives you another attack to hit the other guy and possibly drop them as well. Seeing as a Iaijutsu Strike full round action or Strandard Action after 10th you are only getting one attack in. So anything that gets you second attack like this is good.
