I kinda figured this would be the biggest monster in the game so far (mentions it's size somewhere around the bottom). Definitely the heaviest.

The book is Distant Worlds, and I believe you mean the Oma. However, at 150ft long and 250 tons, is pales in comparison to the Aspidochelone mentioned by the OP, which is more then 500 feet in length, and weighs upward of 100,000 tons.
If you include gods maybe Azathoth (Outer God) http://pathfinderwiki.com/wiki/Azathoth. Said to be the size of a star.
