While working on making a Paladin today I came across this feat, and it struck my fancy. However, since the spell choices cannot be changed once the feat is taken, I thought that getting some advice would be in order.
What are your favorite level 1-4 Bard, Cleric, Oracle, and Inquisitor spells, and how well would they translate to Paladin? I'm thinking of reserving level 4 for Dimension Door so I can pick up the Dimensional Agility string of feats.
I would recommend against the dimensional agi feat tree.. Unless u have a generous point buy ull never have the charisma to get more than a few 4th level spells per day, so not worth haveing dead feats.. 1st level pick really shouldnt matter because all ut spells should be in heroic defiance for the most part.. 2nd mirror image or heroism would be my pick (prob image) 3rd haste, arcane concordance is good if u have alot of arcane casters in the grp, but i would prob pick good hope. 4th i think the best option (unless u have the ring) is freedom of movement, but greater invis, dem door are both decent, as in divine power. I personally would try to choose longer duration spells as u have few of them. my list would prob be:
1st- moment of greatness
2nd- mirror image
3rd- good hope
4th- divine power
I hope u play an oath of vengence pally, if so youll already have a haste spell at 3rd.. good luck!

Haste if no one in your party has it too.

I think it depends on what the thrust of your character is. What's your paladin good at?
Is he the tank? If so, take some defensive spells: shield of faith is not available to paladins, for some reason; but the bard list can give you nice things like mirror image and displacement.
This is also a good way for you to pick up buffs that the party doesn't currently have. Inquisitor can give you true strike; bard can give you haste. Versatile Weapon could be handy if you don't have the standard smite evil ability -- but again, this depends on your character. Borrow Fortune is a great 3rd level save-your-butt spell from the oracle spell list.
So ... it kinda comes down to what sort of paladin you are.
