Looking for Merfolk NPCs

Anyone got any specific references as to where I could find merfolk of various levels, preferrably CR 8+?

It's for Way of the Wicked Book 5. A civilization of them worship a brine dragon as a god. So a variety of whatever would be fine: ranger, clerics, paladins, wizards, sorcerers, fighters, druid, witches, whatever. If there's a ranger, at least one of them has to be a Wave Warden archetype.

I was more or less looking for premade NPCs because I didn't want to bother anyone and taking up their time with making them.

I don't know of anything else as Gary's away for the weekend so my questions won't be answered for a while.

You could also toss in some Skum somewhere along the way, and maybe an aboleth? Might fit thematically...

Not really, no. It's a brine dragon so the Water and Law domains would be standard. Maybe Magic.

Found three merfolk so far. Two from 3.5 that I'm updating, and one from the NPC database (one druid, one fighter, and one rogue/duelist).
