can't do it per RAW. wildblooded is a sorceror archetype.
you take the sorceror class to select that archetype.
just because a monk archetype lets you select a fighter weapon training group,
doens't mean you can apply the rules from a fighter archetype,
merely because that archetype modifies the weapon training group feature.
wildblooded bloodlines are not referred to as 'sorceror bloodlines'
'sorceror bloodlines' (draconic) is what DD grants.
likewise for eldritch heritage feats.
if you take the wildblooded archetype, YOU STILL COUNT AS HAVING the 'base' bloodline,
it's just that you have this other wildblooded thing MODIFYING THE SPECIFIC POWERS.
feel free to rule otherwise in a home-game, but in PFS you will need to follow the rules.

yeah, you could qualify for DD by taking Sorceror:Wildblood:Linnorn,
but then you would be missing out on stuff that DD grants... albeit it may still work for you.
of course, many people house-rule things like the uses/day of the Sorceror Claws,
and if you would do so normally, then it isn't a stretch to house-rule so that at least the new DD abilities are usable, e.g. even if you don't have claws you could activate a bite w/ energy damage, or if you have claws from another source, you could add the energy damage to them when the DD bite+energy is activated. RAW that doesn't work of course.

you CAN take bard with 1 level of so, and the linnorn bloodline WOULD be advanced by DD progression.
it's slightly controversial per RAW, but I think it would be PFS legit to take wildblooded+crossblooded sorceror archetypes, although i don't think it's intended that DD could let you choose NEW abilities from the non-draconic(linnorn) side of things... so when you gain new BL abilities via DD progression, you should pick the ones from your draconic BL (linnorn in your case). you can certainly pick the arcana from the other BL and the 1st level power if you so choose (since linnorn loses claws anyways).
you can choose to have DD progress whatever spellcasting class you want,
so since your bardic casting is most advanced, you would choose to progress that. although you wouldn't gain the linnorn wildbloodline spells in that case.
all the bloodline abilities which affect casting of spells (e.g. + dmg/die, etc) are written to apply to ALL spellcasting you do, so will affect your bard spells just fine. some sorceror bloodlines/ wildbloodlines let you use enchantment spells on non-humanoids/undead/animals, which synergizes with many bard spells.
for the sorceror spell known you can just pick utility spells, since you probably won't be using them in combat (if you wear armor)
