Can you use 1 round spells with spell strike (if you spent the prior round casting it)?
Spellstrike (Su): "At 2nd level, whenever a magus casts a spell with a range of “touch” from the magus spell list, he can deliver the spell through any weapon he is wielding as part of a melee attack."
If you cast the spell, it's on the magus spell list, and the range is "touch" then you can use spellstrike.
It doesn't matter what the casting time is. (Though I can't think of any 1 round casting time touch spells)

Spellstrike requires that the spell have a range of "Touch" and I can't honestly think of any spells that might have a range of "touch" and have longer than a 1 standard action casting time.
EDIT: Ninja'd, but at the same time, there's the Spellstrike Gloves from Ultimate Equipment... but I don't really have the time to go through the Magus's entire spell list to see if there are any spells that would still qualify for Spellstrike and have a casting time greater than 1 standard action.

It would be pretty cool with Greater Brand, actually. (Assuming you had a way of adding it to your magus spell list, Broad Study etc.)

This came up as a strategy to attack someone and force enlarge/reduce person on them.
Enlarge Person: "Range close"
Unless you have a way of making that into a touch spell, you can't use spellstrike with it.
-edit-
The gloves (mentioned here) would allow you to do this. You would still have to hit, and the target would still get a save.
