The clear spindle Ioun Stone resonant power in seekers of secrets is "Protection for possession and mental control (as protection from evil)".

Does this mean that protects one from all possession and mental control in the way protection from evil does, or only from evil sources of possession and mental control exactly as protection from evil does?

We were all hoping that AcidicWind... but that'd be too good to be true. Yet the item is still worth it as there are a large number of Evil Outsiders who attempt to Dominate, Charm, & Suggestion

There shouldn't be any problem with creating custom alternate versions of that ioun stone, protecting against one of the other alignments.
