So if I have Wind Stance I should be able to hide (make stealth check) against all ranged enemies. But not really sure with the wording in Stealth....
Wind Stance
If you move more than 5 feet this turn, you gain
20% concealment for 1 round against ranged attacks.
Stealth
Against most creatures, finding cover or concealment allows you to
use Stealth.
So wondering what people thought? I am thinking anyone not adjacent the player could hide from....

It would depend on the situation. You're "harder to pinpoint", but not "harder to see". So unless you have any actual cover nearby, it won't do you much good stealth-wise. But with enough places to hide in the vicinity, your opponents shouldn't be able to say where exactly you went.
But being a blur =/= hiding. And the feat does say "against ranged attacks", not "against perception checks". So per the RAW, it won't work at all.

I agree
"If people are observing you using any of their senses (but typically sight), you can't use Stealth"
you maybe becomes blurry but people still can see you.

Well I was thinking since it grant concealment it might allow stealth...seems like it is kind of a grey area. I could see it either way I guess based on the wording

well, this kind of runs into the situation that paizo just about did fix the stealth rules,
but then decided to extend the saying 'don't fix what ain't broken' to 'and don't fix what is broken either'.
what they did get out (on the rules blog) was about 95% print-ready, so that's a pretty good place to start,
but definitely is very specific/creative in it's approach...
re: '"If people are observing you using any of their senses (but typically sight), you can't use Stealth'
Apparently it means they can't have passed a Perception check vs. you BEFORE you start a Stealth check. Perception explicitly is all senses (again referenced in this quote), and explicitly works thru solid objects (Cover is only relevant as a DC modifier), so I guess it means one is supposed to start using Stealth when not yet observed (no passed Perception check vs. your non-Stealthing DC to be noticed), and continue using Stealth every round after that point to continue not being observed...
