Throwing party members and enemies with `Throw Anything`

Rules Questions

How exactly is this done? I remember in 3.5 there was a splat book that had a feat specifically for Goliaths.

1) Throw someone to do damage
2) Throw someone to bridge a gap

Assume the throwee is same size or smaller.

If I figure this correctly... you'd only really be able to throw a creature of tiny size without suffering "size" penalties.

Anything larger would most likely give you a -4 penalty for each size larger.

At least... that is how I'd rule on it for my game.

I remember reading a monster feat that lets you do it, must be large or bigger...

There its also a barbarian rage power in Ultimate Combat called body bludgeon, that allows you to use creatures one size smaller then your self as weapons.

Scarab Sages

Barbarian Hurler power, lets you hurl something 1 size catagory smaller than you with 2 hands...so, small creatures. Or you can use 1 hand on items 2 size categories smaller than you.

gotta be size huge and you can "fling" opponents after an easy grapple.
