Two Rules Questions

Rules Questions

Sovereign Court

Silly questions... but I could use your help to clarify...

1) In Pathfinder RPG, when a creature moves, do we NOT use subsequent attacks i.e. if the creature has bite and claws, do we just bite unless the creature has multi-attack? I've gotten confused with 3.5 lately and I should know this one. For example, Berbalang: bite +10, 2 claws +9 OR incorporeal touch. If the creature moves can it still attack with bite and two claws?

Another example is a simple Oni, Ogre Mage: It has greatsword +14/+9. If it moves can it only attack once with +14 or does it still get both?

Another example is the young blue dragon: it gets bite, 2 claws, 2 wings, tail slap. If it moves (assuming more than 5 foot step in all above cases) how many attacks does it get?

2) Last week the party's Sorcerer with Word Magic stunned a Pteranodon with a ranged touch spell. The attack was a CRITICAL and she pulled a card from the PAIZO crit hit deck extending the stun to 6 rounds. The party continued to whack at the bird until it was dead, having been stunned the whole time. In her attack, does an attack have to do hit point damage in order to be allowed to CRIT? In her case it was just stun damage, but it was a ranged attack. Are both qualifiers required to CRIT (ranged attack roll PLUS do damage) or did I handle this right by allowing the continued CRIT STUN?

Thanks!

1. A creature can only attack more than once if it uses a full-round attack to do so (barring a special ability). This works the same way in 3.5 and PF.

1a. If the Berbalang moves, it can only attack with one bite or one claw or one touch.

1b. Similarly, the Ogre Mage only gets one attack with its greatsword if it moves.

1c. And the Dragon can only attack with either one bite, or one claw, or one wing, or one tail slap if it moves.

2. Only damage, ability damage, and ability drain is multiplied on a critical hit, so if the spell didn't deal damage the critical wouldn't do anything. Now, I don't know how the critical hit deck works, so it might have different rules for spell criticals.

1: Only a single attack after a move (unless you have Pounce or something similar).

2: It has to be a sort of damage for it to crit - either hp or ability damage.

Multiple Attacks: "A character who can make more than one attack per round must use the full-attack action (see Full-Round Actions) in order to get more than one attack."

Full Attack: "If you get more than one attack per round because your base attack bonus is high enough (see Base Attack Bonus in Classes), because you fight with two weapons or a double weapon, or for some special reason, you must use a full-round action to get your additional attacks."

There are some exceptions, such as pounce, cleave, etc.

That's a bunch of optional rules, so I really have no idea.

The only spells the magic chapter says can crit are touch spells and rays. I think most GMs would also allow any spell with an attack roll, like acid splash.

Generally, only damage is doubled on a crit, not duration. Did the card say to extend the duration? If so, then I guess you would extend it.
