Invisibilty, combat maneuvers and AoO ... order of events?

Without appropriate feats, you cannot make an CM without provoking an AoO. Does this still apply if the attacker has full conceilment aka invisible when the CM is performed?

If it does, does the 50% miss chance still apply?


You still provoke, it's just that the enemy can't make use of it. You haven't done anything yet, so your invisibility should still be up.

You can't execute an attack of opportunity against an opponent with total concealment, even if you know what square or squares the opponent occupies.

So as long as they don't have see invisibility or blindSIGHT (not sense) going, invisibility is a good way to grapple or trip someone without getting whacked for it.
