p. 267 Pauldrons Of The Watchful Lion and p. 265 DEMONSPIKE PAULDRONS
These item has as a requirement "Craft Magic Arms and Armor" where other Pauldron items like PAULDRONS OF THE BULL and PAULDRONS OF THE SERPENT do not.
Also seems to be blurring the distinction of armor vs wondrous item. You set a precedent and people will start doing this for Superstar entries and you'll start getting tons of swords and wands that are "wondrous items"

Pg. 9 - Table 1-1: Armor and Shields Pt. 2
Like their UC counterparts before them, it is very odd that the Kikko armor and Four-mirror armor are so cheap. Considering the Do-maru armor, which is in every way inferior to Kikko armor, costs more than 600% the cost of Kikko, and more than 400% the cost of four-mirror armor.

Pgs. 9-14 - Various eastern armors
I made this exact same post in the UC errata thread, but it applies here as well. Like the stoneplate mentioned above, none of the eastern armors mention if they include gauntlets or not. The only place they do, however, is in the piecemeal armor rules presented in Ultimate Combat, specifically in the arm armor sections for each armor. Going by this, the following armors should mention they include gauntlets:
- O-yoroi
- Tatami-do
- Steel lamellar*
* this one's odd because only the steel lamellar's arm armor mentioned gauntlets. None of its heavier variants (specifically iron and stone) mention them.

Pg. 168 - Ring of continuation
For anybody that doesn't check the blog posts, Jason B. just made a post with a handful of FAQs in it. One of them was for the ring of continuation. Here it is below along with his response.
Does the ring of continuation (Ultimate Equipment, page 168) allow you to cast time stop with a duration of 24 hours?
This item has had some unintended consequences and needs a fix. Change the second sentence of the description to read as follows: "Whenever the wearer of the ring casts a spell with a range of personal and a duration of 10 minutes per level or greater, that spell remains in effect for 24 hours or until the wearer casts another spell with a range of personal (whichever comes first)."

p 43: The dragon pistol is listed as having a range of 20 feet, while page 45 lists it as having a 10 foot range when firing a bullet.
To elaborate further, it's also listed as having a 15-ft. cone when firing pellets. Because this weapon essentially is a hand-held blunderbuss, it should probably have "Special" for its range.

Pg. 305 - Ioun torch
I mentioned this in the APG errata thread, but the ioun torch is identical in function to an everburning torch, but is in all ways better since it doesn't require a hand to hold it, yet the ioun torch is cheaper. Additionally it's bizarre that for such a basic and cheap item, it requires CL 12th to create and at a measly 75 gp to boot. All it is a dull gray stone, meaning it's a burnt out, used up ioun stone that is essentially useless except for making this item.

I would say at a minimum it should cost about the same as a npc casting of continuous flame.

Pg. 28 - Gauntlet
Sorry to beat this dead horse some more, but the description of the gauntlet says that medium and heavy armors (except breastplates) come with gauntlets when that isn't true. Hide armor, for instance, has no mention of gauntlets in its description like the other armors do - not in the Core Rulebook, not in this book, not in the Beginner's Box, and not in the piecemeal armor rules in Ultimate Combat.
Not to mention the eastern armors which have now been integrated with the core armors within this book, as I mentioned above the only eastern armors that mentioned gauntlets were the o-yoroi, tatami-do, and steel lamellar.

Pg. 26 - Dan bong
This weapon grants you a +2 bonus on combat maneuver checks to grapple. Unfortunately the fact that you're using this thing in a hand means you don't have both hands free to grapple, which by the rules imposes a -4 penalty on your checks made to grapple (effectively only becoming a -2 penalty with this weapon). Basically, by the rules you'd be more effective at grappling bare handed than with this weapon.

pg 365: table 7-7: type E treasure, Armor and weapons
the 200gp, 300p and 1000gp entries (light armor and shield, medium armor, heavy armor) refer to the table 7-12. But in this last table all the armor types are mixed. So it's impossible to use it to generate a random treasure.
the table 7-12 should be split in 3 parts in something like this
light Armors and shields
1-6 Buckler
7-19 Chain shirt
20-30 Heavy steel shield
31-41 Heavy wooden shield
42-52 Leather armor
53-60 Light steel shield
61-68 Light wooden shield
69-74 Padded armor
75-85 Studded leather armor
86-91 Tower shield
92-97 Other light armor*
98-100 Other shield*
medium armors
1-29 Breastplate
30-54 Chainmail
55-71 Hide
72-92 Scale mail
93-100 Other medium armor*
heavy armors
1-17 Banded mail
18-47 Full plate
48-69 Half-plate
70-86 Splint mail
87-100 Other heavy armor*

Pgs. 20 & 26 - Double walking stick katana; table entry and description
All those classic questions again. Where to begin?
1) The double walking stick katana says it's like a pair of wakizashi when separated, and when together it's like a quarterstaff. The table on page 20, however, only mentions B for bludgeoning in the damage type, presumably for its "quarterstaff" form. If it's meant to function like double wakizashi when apart, it should probably be changed to "B or P or S" to reflect the damage done by blades.
2) When separated, does this weapon essentially become two light weapons?
3) What happens to the crit range/multiplier when separated? It says x3, but since the damage type only said B, this may have just been referring to the quarterstaff form (even though quarterstaves only have a x2 multiplier). Wakizashi have a 18-20/x2 range. Was the x3 meant to be used for both blade and staff forms as a "happy medium" between the two?
4) What proficiency is needed to use this weapon? It's likely Exotic Weapon Proficiency (double walking stick katana) would cover it, but what about when just using one of the two forms? Would Exotic Weapon Proficiency (wakizashi) be enough to handle the blades?

Pg. 20 & 31 - Kusarigama; table entry and description
Because this double weapon's ends deal two different values of damage (1d2/1d4[S] and 1d3/1d6[M]), it technically matters knowing which end deals which (since only the ball end technically has reach, according to the description*). I believe it was determined that the sickle end deals the higher damage while the chain end deals the lower damage.
*Fans of Samurai Champloo will note that the sickle end can be used for reach with some very cool results.

Pgs. 21 & 31 - Kyoketsu shoge; table entry and description
Again, where to begin?
1) Isn't this a double weapon? If the kusarigama is, this should definitely be. This means it's damage values should also reflect this.
2) The damage type doesn't seem to match with the description. It says "S or P" but the ring end is a blunt circlet that the description says itself deals bludgeoning damage.
3) The description says the blade end can be thrown like a dagger, which normally have a range increment of 10 ft., but this thing has a range increment of 20 ft. That's not necessarily an error, until you consider the awkward image of this thing soaring through the air further than a dagger can while it trails a 10-ft.-long rope and heavy ring behind it. As someone who knows nothing about the actual weapon, is it supposed to (or even able to) be detached from the rope and THEN thrown?

This technically isn't an error but I just wanted to remind any GMs out there that are updating their books. Ultimate Combat has a sidebar on page 134 of that book that mentions three Eastern weapons that aren't mentioned because they don't have unique stats, but function like existing weapons. Because they're not in Ultimate Equipment, if using this book solely you may forget they exist when creating random treasure in an Asian-themed setting. Here they are below:
* Daikyu: Equivalent to a longbow.
* Hankyu: Equivalent to a shortbow.
* Hwandudaedo: Equivalent to a longsword.
Don't forget the daikyu and hankyu can have composite versions as well.

Pg. 42 - Scatter weapon quality.
So back in Ultimate Combat the term "grapeshot" was used in both the descriptions of the scatter weapon quality and the culverin, describing the type of ammunition used with these. The problem was that there was no such thing as grapeshot in the book.
The scatter weapon quality still mentions grapeshot, unchanged. The culverin however, mentions grapeshot as well but adds that grapeshot is the same thing as a handful of pellets, which is an item listed under the ammunition types.
The scatter weapon quality may want this addendum, as well.

Pg. 22 - Trip weapon quality
Perhaps the description of the trip weapon quality should have included the update to it mentioned by SKR in this blog post.
The part I'm referring to is when using a weapon with the trip special feature, if you’re attempting a drag or reposition combat maneuver, you may apply the weapon’s bonuses to the roll because trip weapons are also suitable for dragging and repositioning.

Pgs. 20 & 23 - Aklys; table entry and description
I had reported this in the Ultimate Combat errata thread, but it's applicable here, as well.
It seems as though the aklys' damage values are incorrect. Listed at 1d6(S) and 1d8(M), these raise a red flag for the following reasons:
1) NO light weapon deals this much damage.
2) The Adventurer's Armory version has this at 1d4(S), 1d6(M)
3) The description describes this thing as a throwing club. Clubs are one-handed weapons, meaning they're bigger than these are, and even they deal 1d4(S), 1d6(M)

Pgs. 20 & 36 - Scorpion whip; table entry and description
There are a number of unusual things regarding the scorpion whip including:
1) It being a Light weapon, when a normal whip is a one-handed weapon, not to mention this weapon appeared in two other books (Adventurer's Armory and Legacy of Fire Player's Guide) as a one-handed weapon.
2) As a whip this weapon should have the trip, disarm, and reach special properties. It doesn't say it in the table, but the description says to treat a scorpion whip like a whip if you have proficiency with a whip, which would include those properties.

Pg. 53 - Stone material
The first paragraph of the stone material mentions specific weapons used in the Stone Age made of stone, including maces, axes, knives (daggers), and arrowheads.
The third paragraph says that the weapons you can make out of stone are limited to light and one-handed bludgeoning weapons, spears, and arrowheads. Axes and knives wouldn't be included in this.
