Do Enhancement Bonuses Reduce ACP?

I know this might be a silly question, but I was curious if Enhancement bonuses reduce the armor check penalty for shields and armor? For example, if my armor has an ACP of -5 and I give it a +2 enhancement bonus, does that mean the ACP becomes -3 instead?

no, not unless something specifically says this, as example an armor made out of mithral

Fighters with Armor training reduce Armor Check penalty.
The Masterwork property reduces it by 1.
Mithral reduces it by 3 (not cumulative with Masterwork).

There's also a combat trait that lowers ACP by 1.

Yes, it is from the PFS Field Guide, costs 5,000g and lowers ACP by 1.
