I know that prestige classes are not a huge point in Pathfinder as they created an unwanted bloat in the original 3.5 rules and have generally been replaced with archetypes. That being said, since pathfinder's classes are more powerful in general than 3.5 so the prestige classes should be equally viable.
...ANYWAY...
Is there some sort of prestige class compilation floating around out there? I always wondered why paizo didn't include the Archmage class and then that led to this question.
Edit: It does seem there is one floating around out there ,found here... http://ronnmccarrick.com/rpg/baenrahl/pdfs/DnD3.5Index-Classes-Prestige.pdf
Still looking for a nicer version , this one is fairly cluttered with 3.0>3.5 changes which make it look awful.

I... couldn't quite figure out what you wanted. Prestige classes in pathfinder? 3.5? Something about wanting a list? *shrugs*
Anywho, here's what I know about Pathfinder Prestige Classes:
There are 18 prestige classes between the Core Rulebook and APG.
There are a lot of prestige classes between all of the peripheral books Paizo has released.
Although not quite an official rulebook release, Paizo is coming out with a campaign setting book with 30 prestige classes. Pretty excited about this one. Hopefully it won't disappoint!
I hope that was helpful? >_>
