Is there anyway I can get my intelligence modifier to hit? I am currently a seventh level gnome wizard with a high intelligence, good con, moderate dex, and low strength.
I am thinking of going eldritch knight for fun. My feat selections focus on summoning and are not optimal at all for an eldritch knight, so I was trying to figure out a good way to contribute in combat. Focused Shot and/or Kirin Strike would let me add Int and double Int to damage (do they stack for triple Int to damage?), but I am worried I will miss more often than I hit.
Any way to use my intelligence modifier to hit?

duelist PrC, but the problem is it's 1 point per level of that class (so you don't just take one level and run).
There were other 3.5 classes which did similar tricks and some of them forgot to add that little caveat (though for that matter, what if I can get my Int above +10? Kinda sthinks to have that cap...) but I don't think they made the transition.
Most bonuses like what you are describing don't stack, as a rule, kind of like how Keen and Improved Critical don't stack. Personally I don't like that rule since expanded crits aren't particularly game-breaking, but whatever.

Unfortunately, there is no way, in the core rules, to add your Intelligence modifier to Attack rolls, EXCEPT for the following exceptions:
1) When making an attack roll with a spell that specifically calls for your spellcasting ability score modifier.
or
2) When using the Hand of the Apprentice school power.
@boring7: The Duelist Prestige Class adds your class level to damage rolls with the Precise Strike ability. Intelligence is not a prerequisite for any other feature than that which adds to the Duelist's Armor Class.
