Probably not. Runelords got an update because it was Paizo's first Independent AP set in Golarion, and the Rise of the Runelords Anniversary edition was released to celebrate Paizo's ten year anniversary (the AP itself is five years old).
Of course, a re-release of all non-Pathfinder APs with updated rules would be nice, but that would take up a lot of space in Paizo's already crowded production schedule. Unless some miracle occurs, we may very well have to entertain ourselves with home-brewed conversions which, in some ways, can be more fun...

I would suspect it would be possible, but only when the 3.5 version is completely out of stock, and only if the Rise of the Runelords conversion sells phenomenally well.
Or in other words, there might be hope, but I wouldn't count on it happening anytime soon.

From the RotRL hardcover page:
Q: Will you be doing hardcover compilations of all of your Adventure Paths?
A: No. This is a special celebration of our very first Adventure Path on its 5th Anniversary. Several of the original volumes of Rise of the Runelords have been unavailable in print for a long time, yet it remains one of our most popular adventure paths; that circumstance presents a unique opportunity for us to expand and update it for use with the Pathfinder RPG, and to apply lessons we've learned about making Adventure Paths over the last half-decade. Our other adventure paths are largely still in print, and many of them were designed for use with the Pathfinder RPG to begin with; we have no plans to recompile them.

It's been said in several threads before, but another reason why Paizo isn't publishing hardcovers of their other APs is because they don't want customers to cancel their subscriptions and simply buy the hardcover instead. Many of the devs have been adamant on this point, so I would really not count on it.
Also, don't expect any new books with the word "Carrion" in the title. There was a weird... phase.

While that is perfectly fine and a good reason to not do that, recompiling the whole thing into a new hardcover book and updating it to a pathfinder game can certainly be two different thing.

Well, if you ask me.
Who needs a hard cover?
Just a reprint would be fine of the originals, updated to pathfinder rules and maybe putting some of the NPC's into newer Pathfinder classes (The Plague Doctors should clearly have been Alchemists, maybe even vivsectionists -- to keep the sneak attack)
Hell knights and Gray maidens as cavaliers not fighters, Sable company marines, the same.
I think there a many set ups that might be better suited, I could be a good job for an up and comming protege (or 5) who isn't writing their own AP just updating to new rules and then given to the big boys for inspection. Maybe winners From RPG superstar could be tasked with it?
Then sell the olders ones as a separate updates subscription, and set it up so that those customers who already own the originals would get 30% off the updates (or something).
You could let a team of selected proteges lose on Second darkness after that, because what was the first one with pathfinder rules, i can't recall but I think it was council of thieves, so there is some work to be slowly done over the years.
