Is there any first lvl feats anyone can recommend for a master of many styles that is NOT a style feat? Doing 2 of the dragon style feats and the 4 elemental fist styles (djini, eferit, etc.). Also any magic items or anything else anyone can recommend over all for such a build would be welcome as well. Thank you all in advance.

Amulet of Mighty Fists is worthwhile to obtain as a magic item for an Unarmed/Natural Weapon Combatant, and functions as your weapon enhancement if you plan to use Unarmed Strikes. Ring of Protection and Cloak of Resistances is also a very nice must-have item.
As far as feats are concerned, there isn't much, depending upon what your role for the party is (melee DPS, tanking, etc.) I would honestly say that if you are going to be using Monk weapons, Perfect Strike would be a decent feat to look at.
Also, Power Attack (if you have the strength) isn't a bad choice. Combat Reflexes is a great one if you plan to utilize Attacks of Opportunity. There are many more feats you can select; it just all depends on your playstyle.

Well Power attack requires BAB +1. I know general magical items for a monk and for Pathfinder in general. My role with the style feats would be second line hitter with some crown control options. I am looking for a feat that can be taken at 1st lvl (with no BAB) and would combine well with the style feats mentioned. For magical items I am looking for anything that will either increase the DCs of my elemental attack or somehow make them more efficient.

If you're looking to be more of a ranged type (which is odd, but that is the play style you seem to be after), an item I might recommend is the Robe of Scintillating Colors, which would greatly help in CC powers (though this cuts off some actual armor for you).
A feat you could pick is Extra Ki, giving you 2 extra Ki Points to utilize for movement, armor, etc.
It's about all I'd start with off the top of my head. There's probably even more, but my knowledge of Monk in your orthodox archetype isn't exactly that great.

For a monk, Power Attack isn't worth it, you lose as much in hits as you gain in damage. If you are going master of many styles, Snake Style is almost a must because the extra attacks make up for the lack of flurry-of-blows.
Are you going for a dex or strength build monk? If dex-build, you need Weapon Finesse.

Dodge? Combat expertise? Toughness? Throw anything? Also, all the elemental styles sounds like over kill, i'd say focus on one and open your feats for some more varition, even taking weapon finess and piranna strike.
Gear, maybe some mule back cords, since i'm sure your str is low and monks have all good saves so resistance is not that important. Also, a wyrwood monk weapon, as critting will give you back ki points. Maybe a grapplers mask, but that might take up your headband of wisdom.
