One of the rules I was not really aware of was the ability of weapons with a greater than +3 enhancement to overcome DR as if the weapon was made of special material/quality.
So how do I determine a weapon's enhancement bonus? Is it the total magical enhancement, or just the 'static numerical bonus'?
So, would a +2 keen flaming ghost touch sword be considered to have a +5 enhancement (the total of all magical additions) or only a +2?
Sorry if this is a foolish question, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
Thanks for the clarification!

So how do I determine a weapon's enhancement bonus?
"Magic weapons have enhancement bonuses ranging from +1 to +5."
"Some magic weapons have special abilities. Special abilities count as additional bonuses for determining the market value of the item, but do not modify attack or damage bonuses (except where specifically noted)."
It's confusing that the DR Table says "Weapon Enhancement Bonus Equivalent" but I think it's generally assumed that the 'equivalent' is relating to the type of DR it bypasses, rather than modified bonus of the weapon. (modified bonus: enhancement bonus plus special ability bonus equivalents, including those from character abilities and spells)
-edit-
However, a +1 Bane (Fey) weapon would bypass the DR/cold iron of a Satyr, as its enhancement bonus is +2 better against fey. (Also the 2d6 extra damage is nice)

I always just counted the "+" to hit and damage for use on the chart but since the chart reads "Weapon Enhancement Bonus Equivalent" I think by the RAW it would be the plus of everything on the weapon.

Okay, so I have a character with a +1 Furious Undead Bane Human Bane Falcion.
When Raging, the Furious bonus counts as a +2 Enhancement bonus.
Does this weapon count as a +4? (It costs as much as a + 4)
Or a +3 when raging? Or
+3 against human
+3 against undead
or +5 against human (while raging)
+5 against undead (while raging)
Curious because I am going to be in Eyes of The Ten pathfinder society mod in a month.
Oh, and it is Adamantine, too, but I didn't think that mattered for the purposes of debate.
