Teleport still requires a concentration roll while in a grapple. It just doesn't provoke AoO's. The teleportation subschool ability from the APG would work because it's a supernatural ability.
If a spell doesn’t have a somatic component, an arcane
spellcaster can cast it with no arcane spell failure chance
while wearing armor. Such spells can also be cast even if
the caster’s hands are bound or he is grappling (although
concentration checks still apply normally).
Using a supernatural ability is usually a standard action
(unless defined otherwise by the ability’s description). Its use cannot be disrupted, does not require concentration, and does not
provoke attacks of opportunity.

As far as spell goes, Dispel and Grease are two great options. They're both good spells for a regular day, so it's a solid choice to lean on. They're also effective when cast by other party members.
Otherwise you can have allies perform an assist other to help you escape.
I like the grease idea....never actually thought to use it that way. Thanks for that.

but for DDoor you still need to make a concentration check
Yes, a lot of 3.5 veterans conveniently forget this - D. Door is not an auto-escape from grappled captivity. It's a spell, and requires a concentration check.
That said, D. Door is an ideal spell to link to "Contingency" if you're 12th level or higher, keyed either to respond to the Grappled Condition or a verbalized word (though bear in mind the latter could be prevented with pinning).
Prior to 12th level, you can beef up your concentration checks: even by 5th level (around the time that Black Tentacles might appear in a CR 7 encounter), a wizard can have +17 to concentration checks (+2 trait, +4 feat, +6 ability (with a +2 stat boost item) and +5 from level), enough to handily beat the concentration difficulty from a 7th level caster's Black Tentacles (CMB +12) most of the time: for example, said 5th level caster casting "Grease" on himself (for the +10 to escape) would automatically succeed (versus the DC of 18: 10 + 7 (CMB) + spell level (1))
You just can't argue against maximizing concentration as much as possible!

Yeah, a +10 to your check is nothing to scoff at. It's why grease is one of the most versatile 1st level spells (along with obscuring mist, silent image, and charm person).
