Its been three days since my order was shipped and tracking data is still unavailable. UPS-MI says check with the shipper after three days if data is not available. I'm not really concerned when it gets here, I know it will get here when it does. I just may be going out of town for a few days and would like to know if it is close, if I need to have somebody else pick it up for me, etc.

Your order, while having been "shipped" in our system, is most likely still waiting to leave the warehouse.

We process all of the subscription shipments as quickly as possible in order to get people their PDFs, but the act of physically packing and shipping the books often takes longer. Occasionally, such as this shipment, it takes even longer than usual.

I expect that your order will pop up on the tracking either later this evening or on Monday evening.

Sorry to be a bother. I checked the shipping data just now and it is still not showing anything. I would just like to stay abreast of the status of the shipment. Thank you for your time and consideration.


Never mind. It just showed up on the tracking this morning.


"tracking for this package is not available at this time......."

You billed me on the 5th...

E-mailed me that it shipped on the 10th...

It's now the 18th! and still no tracking information is available!

Just what is going on? Is everyone at the con or what?
