Ok to set the scene

Boar Style Combat Feat

2 attacks, both hit one for 9 dmg one for 7 dmg , both reduced to 0 due to DR10

however if both attacks hit apply 2d6 bleed damage which bypasses DR

so question is, if the attacks causing the bleed do no damage should bleed apply anyway?

Damage Reduction: "Whenever damage reduction completely negates the damage from an attack, it also negates most special effects that accompany the attack, such as injury poison, a monk's stunning, and injury-based disease. Damage reduction does not negate touch attacks, energy damage dealt along with an attack, or energy drains. Nor does it affect poisons or diseases delivered by inhalation, ingestion, or contact."

Bleed could be considered damage from the attack, as it deals damage when it happens.

I'm inclined to assume the bleed effect is a special effect accompanying the attack. Bleed is a condition, and it makes sense that if you didn't manage to hurt it, you didn't manage to make it bleed, either.

YMMV, Ask your GM.

well between us GM and I, we couldn't work it out at the time, he let it fly for the encounter, but I wanted to check for future sessions.
