Crossblooded Native Outsiders and Sage / Empyreal Bloodlines?

Rules Questions

If a Native Outsider has the Sage or Empyreal Bloodline, does their Affinity ability shift from CHA to their new casting stat? For example, would an Undine with the Water/Empyreal bloodlines get the +2 effective bonus to WIS instead of CHA?

The affinity ability is racial though. This one might go either way, unless I'm missing something else.
