Ninja and Samuria Favored Class Bonus

This has probably been answered. Do Ninja and Samuria levels count as Rogue and Cavalier levels respectfully for the purposes of picking alternative favored class bonuses? In other words, can a Human ninja choose the human rogue favored class bonus?

Yes. They are basically just archetypes, and yes, it has been asked before.

Yes. Ninja and Samurai are Rogue and Cavalier. They are pretty much archetypes, on the extreme end.
Some favored class bonuses may improve abilities that these archetypes do not have, which of course, makes them useless.
