No, this is not a question about the immunity to fatigue. Don't talk about it :p
Is the fatigue here rage-fatigue, meaning it lasts for twice as many rounds as you were raging, or is it normal fatigue, meaning it lasts until you rest?
"Furious Finish
You channel all of your rage into one massive blow to crush your enemy.Prerequisites: Rage class feature, Vital Strike, base attack bonus +6.
Benefit: While raging, when you use the Vital Strike feat, you can choose not to roll your damage dice and instead deal damage equal to the maximum roll possible on those damage dice. If you do, your rage immediately ends, and you are fatigued (even if you would not normally be). "
I would read that as being Rage fatigue since it is triggered by your rage ending. However, since the feat is actually what is making you become fatigued "your rage immediately ends, and you are fatigued (even if you would not normally be). " I think that RAW it is normal fatigue.
| Quandary |
I think the part in parentheses is crucial to confirming the context:
"your rage immediately ends, and you are fatigued (even if you would not normally be)"
i.e. even if you would not normally be BY ENDING RAGE.
(to say that it's talking about characters who would not normally be fatigued by sitting in a cafe and making knowledge checks is absurd, that language isn't present in any other place in the rules, even though there would be no difference between those rules scenarios and this one, if you insist on that being the context of this rule)
The line SHOULD be Errata'd to be clearer though. i will hit FAQ.
