Help picking 5th character... Round 2! (Level 8)

Advice

So, my poor Magus died again (this time his body got carried off by a large bird, so no chance of ressurection).

Currently in the party we have:
Human Were-bear Fighter/Barbarian TWF Brute (she's terrifying in combat after haste)
Nagaji Oracle of Battle (Spends most of his time attacking things, casts very very few spells). Uses a reach weapon.
Elven Wizard, Conjuration Controller and Aspiring Summoner (He casts haste... and then grease or glitterdust. He may be starting to get bored)

We are about to pick up a new player who will apparently be making an archery ranger with a bear companion, and stealth (which was the only thing we're really missing).

I've been wracking my brain for character ideas since saturday, and I'm not sure what to make. Melee will be a little full with 1.5 Bears and an oracle... Buffing/Debuffing is pretty well covered.

Things that are boring: classes with no options. Tried a zen archer monk and killed him after 2 sessions ("i attack 5 times" gets boring when its the only thing you do every turn).

Part of the issue is we are halfway over the crown of the world and envisioning how my character landed there is making it difficult. Currently tossing around ideas for...

Half-Elf (Eruktaki) Summoner. Melee, mounted on a "white dragon" (Wild Caller archetype)
Kitsune Sorcerer(Enchanter)
Ifrit Sorcerer(Blaster)(Wishcrafter maybe)
Goblin Alchemist (bombs are very limited and not sure how else to build one)

Spellcasting is fun. ARG is neat. Would love something flavourful that could mesh relatively easy into a JR campaign. I've played a lot of Lawful characters recently so attempting to stay away from those.

Suggestions.. go!

Switch hitting Tengu Inquisitor with elven curve blade and longbow?

You could do what I do and randomly generate the character.

Link to game that forced random characters

sometimes it'll generate very interesting combos other times it'll be more ordinary, but it always generates something to try.

with all that melee power in the group why not try a bard

Shadow Lodge

Is your gm allowing orcs of golorian? IF so, half-orc sorcerer with the wild blooded archtype, choosing primal, along with the crossblooded archtype, selecting orc, will give you a huge damage boost and make you an effective blaster. You also want to get the half orc alternate favored class bonus.

Bard is always a good option when a party's bases are covered. An alchemist may be something to look into as well. My last suggestion if you are looking for something out of the ordinary would be Dreamscarred Press' Aegis (and maybe the Metaforged PrC in the same pdf). At 8th level you'd have access to the bulk of options available from the base class and it functions just fine without having to deal with psionic powers if that is an issue (power points are used on class abilities, no learned powers I believe). If you have a werebear in the party, I'm guessing you guys aren't stuck with just core books/PFS.

A bard definately will bring great value to the party with melees and summons, though you might get bored if it is just buffing what the bard does. Plenty of archetypes to go around though.

A cleric evangelist can do much the same, coupled with more potent/diverse spellcasting.

A goblin spell slinger, combination with EK / gun slinger (musket master) might not be a bad choice, high dex small size and stealth bonus might turn you in quite an adept sniper. Not sure wether there is a trait to turn stealth into a class skill though.

An inquisitor seems a good fit for the party as well, enough melee to benefit from solo tactics, some magical ability and quite durable/capable, some archetypes can give decent party buffs as well.

The Exchange

Rogue. Find traps, unlock stuff, sneak around....perfect companion to do stealth missions with the new ranger. Go with a switch-hitter type of rogue so you can supplement each other on the stealth stuff if things go south during a mission.
