Alchemist question? Brew potions

Brew Potion (Ex)

At 1st level, alchemists receive Brew Potion as a bonus feat. An alchemist can brew potions of any formulae he knows (up to 3rd level), using his alchemist level as his caster level. The spell must be one that can be made into a potion. The alchemist does not need to meet the prerequisites for this feat.

I checked the formulae list and could not tell what formulaes can be made into potions. Is it any formulae on his list? or did I miss something?

Nope, it's the same list of spells that can normally be made into potions.

So anything that meets this criteria:

Quote:
It can duplicate the effect of a spell of up to 3rd level that has a casting time of less than 1 minute and targets one or more creatures or objects.

and this one:

Quote:
Spells with a range of personal cannot be made into potions.

okay thanks

There's a "other people can drink my extracts" discovery you can get that will allow your party members to use any spell you have (though it still counts towards your extracts per day counter).

Call it selfish but I was looking at the brew potion feat as the alchemist back up to his extracts. Like a wizard and scribe scroll feat. I do like the idea of having stuff for the other players but at lvl 1 and two extracts per day I need a back up.

PS I do not play magical wielders But the alchemist is one I can half way use.
