Are there feats that allow you to use one class for determining another classes ability? Like I take a lvl in cleric and with the feat get to use my inquisitor lvl for spell advancement, or the d6 of channel energy, or my domain abilities?
I ask this cause i want to splash my Sin eater Inquisitor with either cleric or Oracle to gain either domain or revelations but i was hoping that their was a way to gain the progression bonuses using my inquisitor lvl+cleric or oracle lvl.

really i just want one of two things; either i can use my Inquisitor lvls to climb the clerics spell lists (after all i am divine too), or because normally an Inquisitor gets domain too, if i take a lvl of cleric which will remove any chance for lvl 20 ability or full spell progression, instead my inquisitor levels count for cleric domain spells and abilities.
I would be willing to give up the bab and class features to give my sin eater domains again.

Wow. I wouldn't recommend any of that, even for homebrew. Inquisitors don't get Cleric spell progression because they get a bunch of class based abilities to make up for it, so allowing them to use the Cleric's spellcasting ability (even with a feat) would be wildly overpowered. As would allowing access to domain spells, something that Inquisitors are never supposed to get. Even allowing the levels to stack for domain powers would be a bit much, given that you have already traded that aspect of the Inquisitor for the Sin Eater abilities and would be getting it back for a level and a feat.

Oops i didnt realise i didnt gain the domain spells but thats not important. I had thought i gained them up to the lvl i could cast. but it does say i can combine my inquisitor and cleric lvls to determine my domain powers for both classes. So, how i see this is i dont get the Inquisitor domain ability because im a sin eater but i can still get domains through my cleric lvl and use my Inquisitor lvls to determine my cleric lvl for its powers.
APG:
Levels of cleric and inquisitor stack for the purpose of determining domain powers and abilities, but not for bonus spells.
UM:
This ability replaces an inquisitor's domain
It doesnt say i cant have cleric domain just that i dont get to pick an Inquisitor domain.

You can certainly take a level of Cleric, and it will indeed grant you the domains. However, your levels of Inquisitor will not stack in this specific case. Sin Eater replaces an Inquisitor's domain. You do not have that class feature, meaning you remove it and all its text entirely. That includes the line about it stacking with Cleric levels. As far as I know that information only appears in the entry for the Inquisitors domain class feature, meaning you don't get to sneak around the sacrifice made for the archetype with a level dip.

Agreed, if you take Sin Eater, your Inquisitor levels will no longer stack with cleric levels for your cleric domains. However, the way I read it for a normal Inquisitor, the Inquisitor and Cleric levels stack for domain powers of BOTH Cleric domains, which is probably an oversight.
Example:Cleric with the Artifice and Community domains takes a level in Inquisitor. The player can choose one of those two cleric domains to be her Inquisitor domain, in this case Artifice. However, this text in the Inquisitor Domain ability: "Levels of cleric and inquisitor stack for the purpose of determining domain powers and abilities, but not for bonus spells." does not specify that the levels only stack for one of the domains, even though I'm sure that was the intent. As written, you'd stack your Inquisitor levels with your Cleric levels for both Artifice and Community, not just Artifice.
This should probably be fixed, since like I said, I'm sure it wasn't the intent.

Super Genius Games came out with a guide to multi-class feats. I don't recall what you're asking directly being a feat, but they could give you an idea of where to start on the homebrewing of the feats.
I got the same advice a while back, and to save the OP some time, don't expect these to be on the same power level as the Complete Adventurer (Monk/Sorcerer, Fighter/Rogue, etc) feats from 3.5.

This is the book of multiclass feats referenced earlier. I am a very big fan of it, and frequently make use of the feats in NPCs I build. For example, I recently made a rogue who can cast some low-level wizard spells as SLAs and use the teleportation school's school power to teleport around the battlefield. I've made cavaliers with mounts that were members of their order and could challenge, rangers who could turn into bears, and fighters who could create skeletons. I don't buy many books, especially third party, but this one was definitely worth it.
