With all the quality Paizo stuff, and some excellent 3rd party materials, what game related material are you missing? Rules? Classes? Setting? Creatures?
Almost all of it.
For rules, not much, really. I have a bunch of used WOTC 3.0/3.5 and third party 3.0/3.5 books, as well as the Pathfinder CRB, APG, UC, UM, GMG, and all three Bestiaries. All I could really need is something more for stealth/rogue characters. What I want is more alternate rules, especially spell and damage systems, more firearms stuff, and more monsters.
For settings, I don't use Golarion. I own Dragonmech (which is at home, not at my school), the Oriental Adventures book with a bit of Rokugan into (also home), Dragonlance, and Nyambe. I am working on a homebrew setting, with Dragonlance and Nyambe on standby for when I need a change of pace from my homebrew, which is firearm centric. I don't really have many setting needs, aside from perhaps books with advice on how to make them and campaigns and adventures.
Maybe I should have called this "What do you want?" and I would have gotten more replies.
I'm a collector...so still coming to terms with the fact that I won't be able to get the entire set of certain adventure paths.
Something I really wanted to get but so far it's been out of my reach is a print copy of A Magical Medieval Society: Silk Road. I already have the World-Generation Book, the Country Generation Book, and if I get Silk Road, I'll finally have the Economy Generation Book.

1) I have the CRB, Bestiary I and II, APG, UM, UC, the lil equipment 5 page'er and the lil dorf book. I want the majority of the rest of it, but just lack funding currently to support my RPG habit. :(
2) from Paizo? nothing cept the beginner box really.
3) I have exactly one 3pp product and while I liked it- i didn't find anything in it I could use. that being said, until I get what i want from the main guys I'm unlikely to buy much- if anything- from 3pp.

I want more detailed campaign supplements. I prefer a focus on a city the size of Korvosa, rather than on a whole nation (unless it's going to be a hardcover).
I'd also love to get a player companion, campaign sourcebook and a module with every monthly AP installment. Basically, I want more of the same, just faster. :)
I would like a program that is easy to use in order to create maps of towns, cities, lanscapes etc that is ONE program, easy to use, and does not cost an arm, leg, and my favorite dice. Also, you can add dwarven forge sets, they are way to expensive and the new sets dont' match the old ones. Love those sets!
Oh yeah - a character builder with the same ease-of-use as the DDI one. That would be another thing I'd pay an arm and a leg for..
