Okay you can not have a magical ranged weapon with out at lest a +1. If the PC has a arrow of shock +1 than is that stacked with the bows +1 to equal a plus two?
Also, What about a Arcane Archer's Enhance arrows (magic) ability. It states that a non-magical arrow is made magical. does that stack with a plus to the attack from the bow. the arrow is not magical but get the bows bonus to damage right? Given that a PC has to be lvl 6 or better to be an Arcane Archer it wound suck that they lose out on this if they have a magical bow at all.
No, it doesn't stack. They are both enhancement bonuses, and therefore don't stack.

Then if a Arcane Archer has a magical bow his or her Enhance arrow does not work or the bows ability does not work players call each round?
The bonuses granted by a magic bow apply as normal to arrows that have been enhanced with this ability. Only the larger enhancement bonus applies. Duplicate abilities do not stack.

While the enhancement bonuses don't stack, you do get the special abilities from both bow and arrow. A +1 flaming bow and +2 arrows combine to fire +2 flaming arrows.
