You are especially accurate when making ranged attacks against close targets.

Benefit: You get a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls with ranged weapons at ranges of up to 30 feet. im also wondering can it be used for range touch attacks?

I don't think stop. The feat says "with RANGED WEAPONS...", I don't know of any ranged weapons that do ranged touch, but if they do, it would apply. But only for ranged weapons. Not spells, sla, so on.

Ranged touch spells are counted as ranged weapons. That means point blank shot etc. can be used with spells.

From the core rulebook errata wrote:

Ray: Do rays count as weapons for the purpose of spells and effects that affect weapons?

Yes. (See also this FAQ item for a similar question about rays and weapon feats.)

For example, a bard's inspire courage says it affects "weapon damage rolls," which is worded that way so don't try to add the bonus to a spell like fireball. However, rays are treated as weapons, whether they're from spells, a monster ability, a class ability, or some other source, so the inspire courage bonus applies to ray attack rolls and ray damage rolls.

The same rule applies to weapon-like spells such as flame blade, mage's sword, and spiritual weapon--effects that affect weapons work on these spells.

Firearms are ranged touch weapons as well.

but firearms specifically call themselves out as being compatible.

Also, not all ranged touch spells are rays.

Specifically, PBS should work on rays because they are called out as a weapon.
