Can a Magus add multiple enhancements to his weapon from the expenditure of one point from his arcane pool?
For example: Could a 5th Level Magus with a +1 weapon expend one point from his arcane pool to add both the flaming and frost enhancements simultaneously, thereby granting said weapon an additional 2d6 points of elemental damage (1d6 fire/1d6 cold)?

No.
At 1st level, a magus can expend 1 point from his arcane pool as a swift action to grant any weapon he is holding a +1 enhancement bonus for 1 minute.
It costs 1 point for each +1 enhancement you add to your weapon. In order to add Flaming and Frost he'd have to expend 2 points. Luckily you only get 1 swift per turn, but you'd have a layering type effect if you spent 1 per turn.

You should have quoted the rest of that paragraph.
"For every four levels beyond 1st, the weapon gains another +1 enhancement bonus, to a maximum of +5 at 17th level. These bonuses can be added to the weapon, stacking with existing weapon enhancement to a maximum of +5."
At fifth level for one arcane pool point you add +2, and it can be in the form of special abilities instead of +x if it is already a magic weapon.

Yes.
At level 5, you have an effective +2 worth of enhancement bonus to spend. Also at level 5, you can use those bonuses to add weapon properties from the list. Since your weapon is already +1, you can use both of your enhancement bonuses to add weapon properties.
It costs 1 point for each +1 enhancement you add to your weapon. In order to add Flaming and Frost he'd have to expend 2 points.
It costs 1 point to activate the ability.
Arcane Pool (Su): "These bonuses and properties are decided when the arcane pool point is spent"
"Bonuses and properties" plural, "pool point" singular.
One point, all the bonuses and properties you get based on level.

At 5th Level, spending 1 point from the arcane pool buys an enhancement bonus of +2. That +2 enhancement bonus (bought with 1 arcane pool point) may be used to buy any number or combination of allowed enhancements as long as their equivalent "+" bonus is 2 or less, correct?
Total "+" bonus of 2 or less, yes.
That 5th level magus with a +1 weapon can use his pool point to get:
A +3 weapon
A +2 keen weapon
A +1 flaming frost weapon
A +1 shocking burst weapon
Etc.
