Is there a way to make my Eidolon tiny?

Hmmn. Don't SEE one... if this is a home game, though, GM ruling ought to suffice. If it makes any difference, you can quote me saying, 'Sure, use a one-point Evolution slot.' Figure out ability score mods (lower Str/Con, higher Dex) plus size mods on AC, attack bonus, CMB/CMD.

What level Summoner? There's a lot of fun to be had with sense-linking and the sensory evolutions...

Didn't really want to burn an evo point. If anything I feel I should be receiving a point due to the disadvantages. I was going to make a scouting pixie type creature that can do all utility that rouges could.

Also, Is there a way for me to get Trapfinding for my Eidolon? or a way to disable magical traps?

And, What languages does my Eidolon speak? Can he speak?

Again, we've entered the point of GM adjudication. Some of the Ultimate Magic evolutions allow selection of spells as Spell-like Abilities. They have level requirements you don't meet, unfortunately. But Dispel Magic is, eventually, gainable, which would allow attempts to dispel magic traps. Trapfinding doesn't currently exist for Eidolons, but there really isn't any reason it couldn't be an evolution. If you DO get it, simply getting ranks in Disable Device would allow your Eidolon to attempt to disable magical traps (part of the trapfinding ability).

Sounds advantageous to me...

being tiny has advantages over medium and small for some things. but i would assume an equivalent evolution would be 4 points and min level 8

While it has advantages I believe what you give up more that adjust for that. In the description it allows you to make your Eidolon small without spending Evo points. I don't see how this would be any different.

You can make your eidolon Tiny by starting with a Small eidolon and casting Reduce Person on it. You will need the help of a high level Sorcerer or Wizard to make that effect permanent.

And yes, eidolons can talk. They speak every language that their masters can speak, plus any that they put their own skill points into. A more reasonable question is how you can make them shut up. ;)
