Giving Yourself Conditions, how?

Advice

I would love some help with finding ways to give myself the following conditions.

Spoiler:

staggered
dazed
dazzled
shaken
blind
deafened
fatigued
frightened
sickened
exhausted
panicked
nauseated
paralyzed
staggered

So far I've got Barbarian with Roused Anger and the drunken brute archetype. That gives me easy access to fatigued, exhausted, and nauseated. Any help finding other methods would be much appreciated.

Why? This just sounds terrible.

Blind; poke yerself in the eye?
Dazed; hit your head on a nearby wall?
Sickened; eat something from the floor of the stable?

Maybe to communicate long distance messages via the status spell? Though in that case, you would probably only need one condition and a way to remove it, at which point you could use morse code (a dot is one round with the condition and a dash is two rounds, or something).

You could intimidate yourself.

how would that work? To me, you'd need an alternate personality to do so (IE the Tongues oracle curse, or master chymist.)

EDIT: Or carry a mirror and make sure you're so darn ugly you scare the daylights out of yourself.

So as to why. I'm trying to playtest the new Vitalist Archetype from Dreamscarred. The Life Leech has a sweet ability called transfer ailment that allows me to give these conditions to my enemies.

Edit: assuming I or someone in my collective has them.

throw a tanglefoot at your feet.

A thunderstone at your own feet could take care of the deafened condition.
