Essentially I picked up craft wondrous item and want to create a Headband of Vast Intelligence +6 or a Belt of Physical Might +4, in addition to needing the gold, the required spell, time, and making the spellcraft check of 13 for headband, 17 for the belt, are there any other requirements which I need to meet before being able to craft the item(s) - specifically under creating magic armor in the core rulebook it states that the creator's caster level must be 3x the enhancement bonus on the armor but does that count for wondrous items also?

In the Magic Item Creation section on pg. 549, it states: "Note that all iems have prerequisites in their descriptions. These prerequisites must be met for the item to be created, Most of the time, they take the form of spells that must be known by the item's creator(although access through another magic item or spellcaster is allowed). The DC to create a magic item increases by +5 for each prerequisite the caster does not meet. The pm;y exception to this is the requisite item creation feat, which is mandatory. In addition, you cannot create spell-trigger and spell-completion magic items without meeting their spell prerequisites."

Most wondrous items don't have a caster level requirement. The listed caster level is just typical caster level you'll find the item at.

Up to your GM. There's no such item listed as a standard magical item.
