Unfettered Eidalons and Evolutions

Are Unfettered Eidalons(UEs)restricted to the evolutions listed in their descriptions? Or are all Evolutions available to UEs? Is it my dream Build-a-Bear Outsider, finally come to life?

If you're the GM, make whatever you want. Just be sure to compare it to creatures of the same target CR and adjust if necessary.

I think the Bestiary entry is intended to open up eidolons for inclusion in published scenarios, for general use by GMs who maybe haven't necessarily got the APG.

I asked that same question a while ago. Considering that unfettered eidolons can look like virtually anything, I'm pretty sure you can use any evolution you get your hands on. The reason why the list is small might be due to the fact that they try to keep it 2 pages maximum and that they just couldn't add every evolution that is.
