One of my players has requested that I run a 'funny' scenario for our next gathering. Without dropping spoilers, what scenarios could you all suggest that would proved to be a good laugh?

+1 to We Be Goblins.

Especially if you find the YouTube video of a GM that allowed his players a reroll (I think) if they got up and danced and sang a goblin song, and you run it that way. Hilariously fun AND funny.

Our group had a riot with Murder on the Throaty Mermaid, but it's possible we were just in a silly mood. The GM we had really played up the cliche parts, and we ate it up.

EDIT: Another vote for We Be Goblins. It's always a good time.

Gods market has at least two npc's the DM should be able to get some laughs out of.

Yup - goblins are Pathfinder's comedy gold. We Be Goblins and Frostfur Captives are your most obvious choices.

+1/2 On Frostfur Capitives, it really depends on who plays.

A good high tiered one with the right people is 3-10: The Immortal Conundrum due to all of the RP options available in the first act alone. Especially if there are the right factions sitting at the right place at the right time :)

AGREED. Ahem. Without spoiling too much, it's even better if there's someone doing the Cheliax faction mission.

I'd recommend The City of Strangers, Part I: The Shadow Gambit. It can be hammed up to produce a very humorous session.

dunno if it's funny, but I remember Hydra's Fang because

our NPC Cleric became sharkbait. Curse you chumbuckets. Also, the boat exploded, and I was supposed to get a cleric to fix things... I just left despite "DON'T SPLIT THE PARTY!" I didn't even turn around to save them (I question if my character really is Chaotic Good or not. She WAS told to grab a cleric, and that's what she did.)

City of Strangers Part I is great for RP and if you play up the NPC's it can be a lot of fun. Funny would depend on your players.

Frostfur is a player favorite with my group but I go gonzo with my goblin (as you should). It is great fun for the GM and may be fun for the players.

We be Goblins is great if the players want to cut loose.

Throaty is a lot of great RP and there can be a few yucks depending on how you portray the NPC's. I have always run it as a "who done it" style adventure so not big on laughs.

Just ran We Be Goblins! last night. My girlfriend played Chuffy to a T. Her mother played Reta and was growling and snarling at me the entire time, and the girlfriend's father played Mogmurch throwing bombs all willy-nilly like, catching his fellow goblins in the crossfire.

Fun was certainly had! Thank you all for your suggestions.

Unrelated news: running We Be Goblins! last night gave me enough table credit to get my first star! w00t!

I played Chuffy in "We Be Goblins". His song fits the tune of "Jesus Loves Me" (you know, "Jesus loves me, this I know/'cause the Bible tells me so").

If you have a good group of role-players (not "roll-players"), The Immortal Conundrum can be hilarious! But then, that could be said for a lot of these. I actually had a blast running First Steps for my kids; using various voices for the NPCs lead to some downright funny moments!
