questions:
1) can you do it? Of course as DD you have to have the Draconic bloodline; does this mean you can't have another bloodline as well?
2) Would DD advance the bloodline abilities of both bloodlines?
3) If you would answer yes to 1 and no to 2, ruling that DD only advances draconic bloodline abilities, would you also rule that the "1 less spell known" restriction for crossblooded is also removed for those levels and you go back to getting 2 spells per level with your Disciple levels?

#1: Requirements state that you need draconic bloodline. Nowhere it states that you cannot have other bloodlines (of course it should be remembered that when dragon disciple was revised for Pathfinder there were no ways of acquiring of more than one bloodline). By RAW it is allowed and I think that it could be allowed.
#2: The wording does not exclude advancing second bloodline but again, this is matter of dragon disciple being older than ways of acquiring multiple bloodlines. That said, I think that while the RAW does not prevent advancement of other bloodlines, the intent wasn't to advancement of nondraconic bloodlines. It's Dragon Disciple, after all, not Mixedblood Disciple.
#3: I would not allow it. The one spell less known of each level is the way the crossblooded archetype changes spellcasting of sorcerer. Dragon Disciple adds levels to your existing class but they are still diminished. Crossblooded should be a special archetype for those willing to pay the price for their hybrid abilities.

so far the most popular guide for dragon disciples makes use of the crossblooded archetype. that is not to say that he is correct but since your crossblooded archetype blends two bloodlines into one i have ruled that they stack.

i would give this a read i have a player in society who is playing a paladin who will be rolling into dragon disciple by way of crossblooded (orc/dragon) sorcerer. i have also referred him to this guide.

I'm with Drejk. As for #3, it's important to remember that you gain spellcasting ability as though you had gained another level in your spellcasting class. In this case, the Sorceror with the Crossblooded Archetype. You will always have the diminished spellcasting penalty, but that's just part of the whole archetype.
