Hmm... Depends on what exactly you want to do with it.
There is an android app (not sure if there are other versions of it) called Pathfinder Compendium, which allows you to look spells up and add them to a spellbook which is sorted by spell level. But atm it doesn't contain all the spells out there (yet).
Another nice app is Pathfinder Spellbook - contains more spells, has amazing filtering functions (school, level, descriptor, target type etc) and allows adding spells to a favorite list, but that is sorted by name.
You could go to the d20pfsrd spell database. You can download the entire db in multiple file types, sort it by whatever you want and copy required info (there's also a script to show the spells in defsult spell block format).
There are also some character generators out in the web, but I don't know if one of those contains a spellbook function.

I will suggest d20pfsrd too. But don't use the spell database, instead go the spells by class page at http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/spell-lists-and-domains
Look up the Bard and Wizard spell lists and then use a open source word editor like Open Office or Libreoffice and copy and paste what you need from there. You can then print it out at a small font size in a couple of pages.
d20pfsrd's class spell lists have all the spells from all the Pathfinder sources, with 3rd party spells being kept on a separated list below.
It should have all the spells you need.
