ok guys, after a long search i couldnt find anything like a syringe for my alchemist so i decided to make it myself i was looking for something like the syringe spear but small, like the thing the iconic has in his hand.
i was wondering if a wonderous item that applies a metamagic feat could be done like "i load a potion in the syringe and x times per day it applies as an enpowered/maximized pot(healing mostly)" but i dunno how to craft or how much could it cost
another idea i had was a non evil, alchemical version of infernal healing to be used off combat
ps: i know that some 3pp has a syringe with stats but i cant seem to find it

It sounds a lot like a metamagic rod to me. I'd just take that as baseline, change the flavor to a syringe, add drawback that the potion must be loaded beforehand, add the benefit that it applies to potions (and can be used as a standard action without provoking AoO, compared to a normally cast spell).
what about the price? should i keep it the same?

Alchemist don't do spells. Metamagic feats/rods apply to spells. No, you can't empower an extract.
If you want injections, start with the Touch Injection spell. Flip to the magic items section of the core rulebook, and create an item allowing for 3 touch injections per day or whatever - you'll have a price for the item and whatnot.
If you want better potions, you'll have to rely on the alchemical discoveries Enhance Potion and Extend Potion.
You could create metamagic "alchemical rods", or infusors, or whatever you want to call them, but it should be a house rule. Use them whenever the alchemist prepares his daily extracts, max 3 infused extracts per day, same price as metamagic rods.
Want an alchemical version of Infernal Healing? Flip to the magic chapter of the core rulebook, look for "independent research" of wizard spells. Feel free to house-rule independent research of alchemical extracts with the same guidelines.
