Some time ago a saw an item similar to the pearl of power, but for spontaneous spellcaster, it was in a socerer thread. I'm not able to find it again and i'm not finding any related information so:
Are there some magic item for sorcerer similar to the pearl of power? If so where?
Thanks in advice for any help.

In all honesty just ask your DM to house rule pearls of power working for spontaneous casters. Its an easy solution and its quite a reasonable house rule.

D&D 3.5 had an item called a Memento Magica, which is basically a Pearl of Power adapted for spontaneous casters. As I recall, it cost only slightly more than a Pearl of Power did, but it did not give you the spell slot back -- it just let you recast a given spell once per day.
Still, I will have to take a look at that Runestone of Power -- it may be the intended replacement for the Memento Magica, if Paizo published it. I will have to take a look at that when I can access the d20pfsrd.com site.

Actually, it looks as though the Memento Magica and the Runestone of Power function the same, at least according to the Magic Item Compendium (I think one of the earlier books statted the former item out a bit differently). The Runestone of Power costs more because getting a free spell slot back is better than re-preparing a previously cast spell.

The reason is that these do not use up your standard actions. You cast Fireball and if you have a Runestone of Power III, you cause the runestone to be used up for the day. You don't have to spend a standard action to get it back.
I was not aware of this, but thanks Cheapy. Standard action to use a command word item.
