Relentless Half Orc, can I get some tips and tricks?

Advice

Alright, so I recently randomly inspired myself to theory craft out a relentless juggernaut of a half orc PC for a home game (we never do point buy so I'm not worried about that). Basically just wanted to see what I could stat out for a concept build.

Concept: That one hulkish brute that catches sight of a juicy target, typically an archer or a caster. Having found his target, he just plods along towards the little trouble maker, eventually catching up and catching hold, to which he proceeds to throttle the life out of the poor sap. Almost nothing stopped him once he set his sights on his target, and now that that one's down, it's time to find another.

Basic rough-sketch of the build so far. I wanted to maximize all I could on saves, mostly. I have yet to pick levels to assign the chosen feats, and truth be told that's the part I'm mostly stuck at. I haven't bothered with gear yet, but I'm thinking something along the lines of spiked full plate, and something to pump his speed back up from 20.

Race: Half-orc
Class; Fighter
Archetype: Unbroken
Favored: +1 HP

-General Feats-
Diehard (auto)
Endurance (auto)
Iron Will
Improved Iron Will
Stoic
Lightning Reflexes
Improved Lightning Reflexes
Great Fortitude
Improved Great Fortitude
Fight On
Fast Healer
Iron Guts

-Combat Feats-
Deathless Initiate
Deathless Master
Deathless Zealot
Improved Unarmed Strike
Improved Grapple
Greater Grapple
Rapid Grapple
Choke Hold
Sleeper Hold
Body Shield

Not looking to max damage, or really even AC. More or less he's the guy that keeps on fighting until he's way beyond dead. In the mean time, he snags up the trouble makers, and breaks them in half. All the while being the hardest thing on the battlefield to kill.

As for equipment I can already say a ring of regeneration (1 hp + half con mod), and Breath of Life. Probably Boots of Striding and Springing to bring his speed back up to 30, highest + to resistances he can get, and at least the most expensive con belt he can buy.

So, can anyone help me pimp this juggernaut? If you want feel free to throw out a point buy build for PFS too. While I doubt I'll be playing PFS, and thus haven't referenced if any of this isn't pfs legal, I MIGHT one day decide to if I go much longer without a game, lol.

Barbarian would fit the concept as well. Perhaps take a few levels in both unbreakable fighter and either regular barbarian or invunerable rager.

or maybe even armored hulk barb

I'd rather stay away from barbarian, mainly because while it would fit the concept, I really don't see the fella as raging out. I'd rather the character not require being in Rage for the unkillable factor, mainly due to the fact that almost every DM I have run with have never used a 15 minute work day, and actually have run Barbarians out of rage rounds in a single game day before.

In the mean time, I noticed I completely spaced on one of the requirements for Deathless Master, again. I don't know why but I always seem to forget that it requires Ironhide....

I am now unsure as to which feat to remove for Ironhide. Bummer.

In the mean time, back to the topic of Barbarian. The sheer number of general feats means I would need Fighter, particularly Unbreakable, to make up with for combat feats.

belt of physical perfection would be a good thing to tack on, and obviouisly a cloak of resistance
