"Nope" is "no", just on a more casual tone. I myself am french, so I can understand and will try to say it more simply :

Basically, the developer missed the problem. You simply can't by the rules wield an oversized two-handed weapon, even with two hands. The official archetype just allows you to wield bigger, smaller category weapons that provide you no benefit... since a huge dagger deals the same damage as a medium two-handed sword/claymore.

My link provides you with the official designer's quick patch, and with my revision that can be used in your game witout breaking the balance. Just ask nicely to your game master :)

You're very kind :)

i read yesterday your post about a damage at 12 lev whit titan mauler and bastard sword (12D8 or similar+Strong+magical etc)but now i can not find this post...
do u remember this? do u can post me a link?
ty maxxi ;)

I can't find the post, but I can explain it easily : a large bastard sword deals 2d8 base damage. If enlarged, it becomes 3d8.
With Improved Vital Strike at level 12, you would deal, when enlarged, 3d8+(power attack/enhancement/strength bonus) + (3d8+3d8 not multiplied on a critical hit) when doing an attack as a standard action. With a critical hit on a 17-20 (Improved Critical or keen weapon), you have roughly 20% to deal 6d8+2x+(3d8+3d8) on a single attack.

If you have some ranger levels and the Lead Blade spell, each "3d8" can become "4d8" instead when enlarged, hence the 12d8 base damage on a standard action attack with vital strike. Devastating Strike feat also adds some damage bonus to the vital strike. Full-attacking will always be better, but no other class can vital strike as hard as this build when you have to move to your target.

Also, two levels of the 'metal' oracle give you lead blade, like wise, battle gives you "enlarge", as 2nd level mystery spells.

A titan mauler can use a large Bastard sword two handed, if he's got exotic weapon proficiency: bastard sword, and he gets that progressive size penatly decrease.

Sound like a really mean rage prophet haha. If you did go rage pro, this sounds like a great build for the leap attack rage power, which is basically super spring attack (take any standard action during your move + jump check).

perfect explanation!

i stamp this ;)

but the penalty to attack roll at 1 lev. is - 4 or -2 whit great bastard sword?

At first level, a TM does not have Jotungrip or Massive Weapons

He would need Exotic Weapon Proficiency to use a Large(sized) Bastard Sword in 2 hands at a -2 penalty for being inappropriately sized.

However...
given that it has an entry as both a Martial Weapon (2H) AND and Exotic Weapon (1H), it's not completely unreasonable to allow the -4 nonproficiency penalty to use it without the EWP feat for a total of -6 at level 1

You'll be better off (at level 1) using a normal sized bastard sword 2 handed at no penalty.

Assuming you don't have the Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Bastard Sword) :

- Official TM : You can't.
- Titan Mauler Revisited : When raging, you can as a two-handed weapon with a -2 penalty.

- Official TM : You can as a two-handed weapon with a -2 penalty.
- Titan Mauler Revisited : You can as a two-handed weapon with a -2 penalty. When raging, you can also wield it as a one-handed weapon with an additional -2 penalty.
