I recently had an idea for a Pathfinder PvP arena. I thought it would be fun for the both of us to build teams of 2-3 players to go head to head.
Has anyone done something similar?
Also, assuming a 15 point buy, what would be a solid 2-3 man team?

Cleric, cleric, and cleric.
It has been done before. It was fun. I would have players detail what they are wearing or using. Not knowing another player has a bow can cause serious tactical mistakes such as stepping out in the open only to be filled up with arrows. I was the lucky bow user, but I did feel bad for the other player. I would not take it above level 8 though. Casters tend to own things too easily shortly after that.
