Pathfinder Parkour!?

I think it would be fun to somehow represent parkour in Pathfinder.

Would this best be done using just the skills of Acrobatics, Climb, and Escape Artist?

Feats like Nimble Moves?

New customized feats?

A special 3 or 5 level PrC?

Some new traits?

A new rules system, like the 3.5 Skill Tricks from Complete Scoundrel?

see the rules for running a chase, I think they were reprinted in UC, originally they come from Curse of the Crimson Throne IIRC

Would the Roof Runner Archetype in APG not be good for this?

I guess it's situational depending on whether or not there are any roofs about, but I think there should be as a City would work best for this kind of setting. :)

If I were to make a Parkour based character, Acrobatics and Climb would be high on my list of priorities!

The Elocator, a prestige class from Psionics Unleashed which can be found on the SRD is designed around psionically enhanced parkour.

Be an Elf Ninja/Monk (Martial Artist/Qinggong)/Barbarian

Spoiler:
Ninja Tricks

Acrobatic Master (Su): As a swift action, a ninja with this trick can focus her ki to grant her a +20 bonus on one Acrobatics check of her choice made before the start of her next turn. Using this ability expends 1 ki point from her ki pool.

Feather Fall (Su): As an immediate action, the ninja can slow her descent as if using feather fall. This ability uses her ninja level as the caster level. Each use of this ability uses up 1 ki point.

High Jumper (Ex): When a ninja with this trick makes a high jump, the DC for that jump is half the normal DC. The ninja must have the acrobatic master trick before taking this talent.

Rogue Talents

Expert Leaper (Ex): When making jump checks, the rogue is always considered to have a running start. Also, when the rogue deliberately falls, a DC 15 Acrobatics check allows her to ignore the first 20 feet fallen, instead of the first 10 feet.

Fast Getaway (Ex): After successfully making a sneak attack or Sleight of Hand check, a rogue with this talent can spend a move action to take the withdraw action. She can move no more than her speed during this movement.

Ledge Walker (Ex): This ability allows a rogue to move along narrow surfaces at full speed using the Acrobatics skill without penalty. In addition, a rogue with this talent is not flat-footed when using Acrobatics to move along narrow surfaces.

Wall Scramble (Ex): A rogue with this talent rolls twice when making Climb checks and takes the better of the two rolls. If she already rolls twice while making a Climb check because of another ability or effect, she gains a +2 insight bonus on both of those rolls instead. If the rogue is under the effect of a spell or ability that forces her to roll two dice and take the worse result, she only needs to roll 1d20 while making Climb checks.

Rage Powers

Raging Leaper (Ex): When raging, the barbarian adds her level as an enhancement bonus on all Acrobatics skill checks made to jump. When making a jump in this way, the barbarian is always considered to have a running start.

Sprint (Ex): Once per rage, the barbarian can use a single full-round run action to move up to 6 times her speed or a single full-round charge action to move up to 3 times her speed.

Feats

Acrobatic: +2 bonus on Acrobatics and Fly checks

Fleet: Your base speed increases by 5 feet

Light Step: Move normal speed in difficult terrain

Nimble Moves: Ignore 5 feet of difficult terrain when you move

Acrobatic Steps: Ignore 20 feet of difficult terrain when you move

Run: Run at 5 times your normal speed

Skill Focus: (Acrobatics): +3 bonus on one skill (+6 at 10 ranks)

Roof Runner rogue is perfect for this. Because it's not just roofs, it's roofs, spires, and SIMILAR structures. A lot of room for interpretation.

A few threads in the archives about this... I'm too lazy to look. (hint, hint)

The later version of the chase rules are in the Game Mastery Guide, and vehicles are in Ultimate Combat (both from the PF rulebook line).

You can also pick up the Chase Deck (from the Game Mastery line), which has obstacles for urban, forest, and dungeon settings.

Yeah, the chase rules are on the OGL site. They're pretty cool!

My old 3.5 Scout was pretty parkour-ish. I usually like to make highly mobile characters.
