Yea so I was bored and made slenderman as a hopefully playable race. I tried my best to get the points to be 10, but some of the abilities are harder to judge. If you don't know who or what slenderman is just look it up on google images.
Slender Man
Slendermen are horrifying creatures that come from either the Darklands or the Plane of Shadows.
Alignment: Evil, extremely rarely neutral
Appearance: 8-9'6"ft tall, 200-300lbs.
Reach (1): Slendermen have horrifyingly long and slender arms, giving them a 10ft reach.
Frightful Gaze (6): Slenderman cripples any creature with fear when they meet his eyeless gaze, Creatures within 30 feet of you that meet your gaze must succeed at a Will saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 creature’s level + creature’s Charisma modifier) or stand paralyzed in fear for 1 round. This is a mind-affecting fear effect. Your frightful gaze cannot affect a creature that successfully saves against this effect for 24 hours.
Horrifying Prescence: (2) +4 to intimidate, and when using intimidate checks, you can get across basic (nothing at all elegant or persuasive) speech telepathically over 40ft when using intimidate. Some slendermen, when chasing targets through the woods, telling them in their minds things like 'You are going to die' or just 'die'.
See in Darkness(4)
Slendermen can see perfectly in darkness of any kind, including spell darknesses.
Light Blindness (-2)
Slendermen hate bright lights, prefering the darkness. Abrupt exposure to bright light blinds members of this race for 1 round; on subsequent rounds, they are dazzled as long as they remain in the affected area.
Vulnerable to Sunlight (-2)
You take 1 point of Constitution damage after every hour you are exposed to sunlight.
Slow (-1)
Slendermen are deliberate and slow in pursuit.
Fearless (3)
+3 against all will saves.
Mute (-4) Cannot talk, only comprehend and write common. +1 language for every int mod, any (non-secret) type.
Impossible creature: At night, and in dim or dark light, slendermen 'blink' instead of moving. They can only do this when there are no eyes directly on him, or when a ranged attack hits or misses him. Slendermen cannot move or blink when using medium or heavy armor, or when wearing a medium or heavy load (he remains stationary). This form of movement would only let the slenderman go where one could normally walk or climb to, and the slenderman must still make climb checks to 'blink' to places that would force him to climb if he had normal movement, same goes for swim. A failed check results in either staying in place, or falling or drowning, depending on how poor the mistake.
Slendermen often use their intimidate ability to force others to quickly look away, allowing the slenderman to blink again. This ability in essence makes the slenderman have +20 stealth during movement, but this bonus goes away at the end of movement, or the end of a round, whichever comes first.
This ability is completely turned off in daylight, or in normal light, and the slenderman walks as normal, with 20 movespeed.
Slendermen's preferred tactic to deal with prey is to wrap them up in his large arms from a slight range (10ft), and then either choke them to death, or coup de Grace them.
+3 to grapple checks.
Slendermen are hard to overpower, but slow and deliberate in their attack. They lack morals.

Pretty cool. Is reach really that cheap and +3 will saves really that expensive?
Slender Man's not that evil, though, he just has a bad rap. He's great with kids. (Yes, video's really 20 years old)
